Shannon McClish selected for a NASA FINESST award

Graduate student Shannon McClish’s proposal was recently selected for the 2021 Future Investigators in NASA Earth and Space Science and Technology (FINESST) competition. Her project, “Characterizing the Impact of Seasonal Sea Ice on Phytoplankton Blooms and Net Community Production with Integrated Satellite and Biogeochemical Profiling Float
Observations” will support her exciting work in the seasonal sea ice region of the Southern Ocean. Congrats Shannon!
